Visual and typographical concept of a magazine

The aim of this class is the development of a profound concept for a contemporary magazine, that is positioned between urban culture and sustainability in societal regard.

This concept includes a precise definition of all relevant typographical positions – from logotype to caption – and a clear idea of the appearance of all visual, non-typographical elements. The main focus was on composition – connecting different visual levels and heterogeneous elements to shape credible spreads, following a conclusive compositional idea.
