Die Bachelorarbeit setzt sich zum Ziel, folgende Forschungsfrage näher zu thematisieren: „Inwiefern prägen zeitgenössische Produktions- und Distributionsmöglichkeiten die Praxis sowie Ästhetik digitaler Künstler und Designer in sozialen Medien?“

Der praktische Teil dieser Arbeit befasst sich mit der Problemstellung, wie die im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit erläuterten Mechanismen digitalen Künstlern und Designern die Produktion eines Kunstwerkes im Zeitraum von einem Tag ermöglichen. Zur Lösung des Designproblems wurden im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit die Rahmenbedingungen, in denen sich Daily Artists wiederfinden, umfassend erläutert. Hieran knüpft der praktische Teil der Arbeit an. Dieser umfasst die Gestaltung von 30 digitalen Kunstwerken, welche sich eng an den zuvor erarbeiteten Produktions- und Distributionsmöglichkeiten sowie den Designprinzipien der Daily Artists ausrichten.

Dementsprechend wurde bei der Produktion der digitalen Kunstwerke Wert daraufgelegt, dass Designressourcen und Assets sowohl aus dem Internet bezogen als auch selbst erstellt wurden. Dabei wurde der wiederholte Gebrauch jener Ressourcen durch das Anlegen von Datenbanken ermöglicht und vereinfacht.

This bachelor thesis aims to address the following research question in more detail: "To what extent do contemporary production and distribution possibilities shape the practice as well as aesthetics of digital artists and designers in social media?"

The practical part of this thesis addresses the problem of how the mechanisms explained in the theoretical part of the thesis enable digital artists and designers to produce a work of art in a period of one day. To solve the design problem, the theoretical part of the thesis comprehensively explained the framework in which Daily Artists find themselves. This is followed by the practical part of the thesis. This includes the design of 30 digital artworks, which are closely aligned with the previously elaborated production and distribution possibilities as well as the design principles of the Daily Artists.

Accordingly, in the production of the digital artworks, importance was attached to the fact that, for example, design resources and assets were both obtained from the Internet and created by the artists themselves. The repeated use of these resources was made possible and simplified by the creation of databases.
